Opportunity for Young People to Feed into British-Irish Strategic Partnership

28 June 2016

Youth Scotland, working in partnership with its 5 Nations partners, including Youth Cymru, Youth Work Ireland, Youth Action Northern Ireland and UK Youth, are bringing young people together through its British – Irish Strategic Partnership project.

The project is working alongside the British-Irish Parliamentary Assemblies to raise awareness, highlight and champion young people’s common issues, needs and rights from across the home nations' memberships.

We are looking for six dedicated young people to attend three residential gatherings of the Home Nations (one of which will be meeting with parliamentarians from each country) to share, debate, present and discuss the issues young people face where they can address through policy, but also challenge at political levels within their respective home nations. If you are passionate about voicing the views of young people and taking that change forward this may be the project for you.
