Youth Scotland and Social Enterprise Academy - Leading in Youth Work – an ILM Award in Leadership Programme for managers and senior staff in Voluntary Youth Work Organisations
This programme will allow you to develop as senior managers and leaders of these vital organisations to continue to support Scotland’s young people.
6 Full Days, Starts 30th October, Glasgow
- Strengthen your abilities and confidence in your leadership
- Develop your strategic thinking to lead your organisation sustainably
- Explore the challenges and opportunities you face in the youth work sector in Scotland
- Gain practical skills to develop successful partnerships
Module 1 : 30th and 31st October 2019
Module 2: 4th and 5th December 2019
Module 3 : 29th and 30th January 2020
Qualification: By completing the programme, you are eligible to achieve an Institute of Leadership and Management ( ILM) Award in Leadership at SCQF Level 9. You must attend the whole programme and complete one assessment.
Cost: £360 ( this is highly subsidised by Scottish Government via the National Voluntary Youth Work Organisations Support Fund operated by YouthLink Scotland. Usual price £1,200).
